Color, aroma and steep time depend on how a botanical was dried and graded before it ever reaches a teabag or loose-leaf blend. That's the variable we control on our end, so your finished product doesn't vary from lot to lot.
Some buyers want a single flower or leaf; others want us to blend to a formula and pack to their spec. Either way, every component is graded before it goes into the mix.

Every seasonal crop below follows its own field calendar. If a product is between harvests, we'll tell you rather than quote a lead time we can't hit. Warehouse-stocked items typically ship within 2–3 weeks of order confirmation.
Gold = active harvest window, based on Egyptian growing-region data. Perennial herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage, bay leaf, spearmint) are cut nearly year-round; exact timing shifts slightly with weather and field location season to season.
