Fayoum sits about two hours southwest of Cairo, fed by a channel off the Nile that's irrigated this land since antiquity. It's one of the few places in Egypt with the sun intensity of Upper Egypt and the water table of a river delta — close to ideal growing conditions for essential-oil-bearing herbs and tea plants.
Herbal Oasis grew out of an existing export business with years of experience moving dehydrated herbs, seeds and spices into more than twenty countries. Rather than fold everything into one general-purpose brand, we built Herbal Oasis specifically around herbal tea ingredients and wellness-grade botanicals — a narrower focus that lets us go deeper on things like chamomile flower grading, hibiscus calyx color, and the documentation tea blenders actually need.
We work directly with growers in Fayoum and surrounding governorates, on planting and harvest schedules tied to our own drying capacity.
A field harvested a week late loses volatile oil content. Harvested too early, moisture levels cause problems in transit. We plan the calendar around the outcome we need.
Dehydration and cutting run through our own facility under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 management systems, with Halal certification covering production.
Herbal tea manufacturers looking for consistent, food-safe botanical inputs. Ingredient distributors who need a reliable second or third supplier. Private label brands building their own tea or seasoning lines who need advice on packaging formats and shelf-stable specs.
We've supported buyers across Europe, the CIS region, the Middle East, and increasingly Latin America and Southeast Asia — markets with very different regulatory expectations, which has taught us to over-document rather than under-document.
